Postage & Packaging
- For orders within the UK, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands, free p&p for orders £20 and over. Orders under £20 will be charged at £1.00
- For orders to Europe p&p is £1.60
- For orders to destinations outside Europe, p&p is £3.50
Delivery
Orders are normally despatched within 21 days, often sooner. If we know there will be a delay we will let you know by email
Tax Charges
We do not charge VAT on goods or delivery.
Returns Policy
Under UK Consumer law you may return the goods provided they are in a sellable condition within seven days for a full refund of the purchase price. However, postal costs are not refundable.
If your goods are damaged when you receive them we will replace the goods and refund the postage, or we will give you a full refund if that is what you prefer.
